Therefore, exchange is available for customers to solve product related problems (quality issues, damages).
Every painting we sell is 100% hand painted with oil on canvas. Since it’s impossible to paint the exact same painting every time, the artwork you receive may vary slightly in color and texture from the sample photo. This is what makes our hand painted artwork more valuable than prints.
• We will accept the return of any product provided it is in its original packaging within 30 days of the order date.
• All returns require a RETURN AUTHORIZATION TICKET from Decorate My Walls . The warehouse will refuse any returns without this ticket.
• We DO NOT provide payment for RETURN SHIPPING except for defects or order processing irregularities.

- In your email, explain exactly what is wrong with the painting (if damage has occurred). Include pictures if possible.
- We will reply to your email within 48 hours with a resolution to your issues and provide you with additional instructions on how to properly return your painting(s) for exchange or refund.
